Terms of Use
Terms of Use
healthccl.ai is operated by CCL AI Network Inc. These terms govern use of the platform by every visitor and member. Using the site means accepting them.
No PHI. Nothing on this platform may contain protected health information, patient identifiers, or any record that could identify an individual. Members share operational patterns and definitions, never records. If you are about to paste something that identifies a patient, stop.
1. Who we are
healthccl.ai is a brand of CCL AI Network Inc ("we", "us"). We operate a collective learning network for United States healthcare operations across revenue cycle, value-based care, back office and health information management, and knowledge-process delivery.
2. What we offer
Subject to your membership tier and to these terms, the platform provides:
2.1 Directory and company profile
A profile carrying your capabilities, delivery footprint, compliance posture, products, leadership and locations. Every claim on a profile is labelled verified, self-declared or not disclosed. "Verified" means an administrator has seen the certificate, the audit report or the reference — it is not an endorsement, a guarantee, or a statement that we have audited you. We may correct or remove a claim we believe to be inaccurate.
2.2 Podcasts and webinars
We may produce, host, record and distribute podcast episodes and webinars featuring members. Unless agreed otherwise in writing: we own the produced recording and its edit; you retain ownership of your underlying material, marks and statements; and each of us may share the finished piece. You are responsible for having the right to say what you say, including any client permission needed to name them.
2.3 Spotlight
Spotlight placement is editorial and cannot be bought. We choose it on the strength of what a member publishes — its usefulness, its candour, and whether it holds up. No fee, membership tier or commercial relationship secures it, and we will decline to sell it. This is what makes it worth having; the moment it reads as paid placement it is worth nothing to anyone.
2.4 Growth signals, tenders and leadership directory
We compile hiring signals, public tenders and provider-organisation leadership information from public sources, each carrying a link to the source it came from. This is research material, not advice, and not a warranty that an opportunity is open, accurate, or suitable. Verify every item at its source before you act, spend or bid on it. We do not hold or supply personal contact details for the individuals listed.
2.5 Growth marketing and go-to-market support
Where separately agreed in writing and in a signed commercial schedule, we may provide co-marketing, campaign support, content production, event participation and introductions. Introductions are made only where both sides have agreed to the conversation. Nothing in these terms obliges us to deliver commercial results, pipeline, meetings or revenue, and no forecast or example is a promise.
2.6 Definitions and collective learning
Members may contribute "definitions" — descriptive, de-identified operational patterns. Definitions describe what was observed, at what aggregate scale, and what control prevents recurrence. They never carry an individual payer's rates or contract terms, never characterise intent, and are published only after independent corroboration.
3. What we require from you
- Accuracy. Everything you publish must be true, current and something you can evidence if asked. You will correct anything that becomes inaccurate.
- No PHI, ever. No patient identifiers, records, images or any data element that could identify an individual, in any field, attachment or recording.
- No confidential client information without that client's written permission — including naming them, quoting them, or describing their results.
- Rights to what you upload. You must own it or be licensed to use it, including images, logos, recordings and marks.
- Lawful conduct. Use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms.
- One account per person. Sign-in links are personal and not to be shared.
4. Competition law
This platform brings competitors into the same room, so this section is not boilerplate. Members must not use the platform to discuss, signal, agree or coordinate on: prices, rates, fee schedules or discounts; wages or hiring restraints; allocation of customers, territories or markets; bid rigging; or any collective action toward a payer or supplier.
Definitions are strictly descriptive of operational patterns and carry no payer-specific commercial terms. Corroboration thresholds exist partly for this reason. We may remove content and suspend accounts to protect this boundary, and we will do so without waiting to be asked.
5. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant CCL AI Network Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish and distribute your submitted content on the platform and in platform communications, for as long as you keep it published.
Withdrawing content ends that licence going forward. We may retain copies in backups and in material already distributed, and we may keep an audit record that the content existed.
6. Verification, review and removal
Nothing reaches the public feed without curator review. A rejection carries a note explaining what to change. We may edit for formatting, decline anything, and remove published material — including where a claim cannot be evidenced, a client has not consented, or section 4 is at risk.
7. Membership, claimed profiles and fees
A directory listing compiled from public sources is not membership. Claiming a profile lets an organisation maintain it; it does not make them a member and does not mark anything verified. Membership is granted by us and may be declined or withdrawn. Fees, if any, are set out in a separate commercial schedule and are not part of these terms.
8. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy & cookies notice forms part of these terms. In summary: no PHI is collected; analytics are first-party and run only with your consent; IP addresses are salted and hashed rather than stored; and we do not sell or share personal information. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a separate data processing agreement applies.
9. No professional advice
Nothing on this platform is clinical, legal, coding, billing, compliance or financial advice, and nothing is a determination that any service is billable or that any code is correct. You are responsible for your own coding, billing and compliance decisions.
10. Warranties and liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss arising from your reliance on directory, signal or member-published content. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 where no fees were paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify CCL AI Network Inc against claims arising from content you submit, from your breach of these terms, and in particular from any disclosure of PHI or confidential client information by you.
12. Suspension and termination
Either of us may end membership on notice. We may suspend immediately where there is a risk to the platform, to another member, or under sections 3 or 4. On termination your profile is unpublished; sections 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may change these terms. Material changes raise the version number and are notified to members, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
