Measurement uses no cookie of its own — it is recorded server-side against a salted hash, which is why declining it removes the record entirely rather than just the cookie.

Nothing is measured before you choose, and refusing is one click, the same as accepting. Our lawful basis for the essential cookies is necessity — sign-in cannot work without them. For measurement it is your consent, which you can withdraw above at any time. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the administrator.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not in the preceding twelve months. There is therefore no "Do Not Sell or Share" transaction to opt out of — the control above is the whole of it. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents may request access, correction or deletion, and we will not discriminate against anyone who does.

We list executives by name, title and organisation, taken from their organisation's own public pages, because knowing who owns revenue cycle is the point of the directory. We hold no email addresses, no phone numbers and no personal addresses. If you are listed and would rather not be, write to the administrator and we will remove you — no reason needed.

Headlines link to the publisher. We store a title, a link and a short summary — never the article body — and every item names its source. If you publish something listed here and want it removed, tell us and it goes.

Nothing on this site asks for, stores or processes protected health information. Members share definitions and observations, never records. If you are about to paste something that identifies a patient, stop.
