Community Agreement
The Community Agreement
Every member organisation signs this. It sets out what the network gives, what it asks in return, and the lines nobody crosses.
1. What the network provides
| Offering | What it means in practice | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Company profile | A maintained profile with capabilities, delivery footprint, compliance posture, products, leadership and locations, each claim labelled verified or self-declared. | Membership |
| Content distribution | Publication of your webinars, podcasts, research, case studies and newsletters into the network feed after curator review. | Membership |
| Podcasts | Production, hosting and distribution of episodes featuring your people. We own the produced edit; you own your underlying material and statements; both may share it. | Membership + schedule |
| Webinars | Hosting, promotion, moderation and the recording afterwards, published to your profile and the feed. | Membership + schedule |
| Spotlight | Editorial placement on the network rail and directory. Not purchasable. Selected on the usefulness and candour of what you publish. | Editorial only |
| Growth signals | Hiring signals and public tenders relevant to revenue-cycle capacity, each linked to its source. | Membership |
| Leadership directory | Role-level information on provider-organisation executives. Roles and public bios only, with links to the public pages they came from. | Membership |
| Growth marketing & GTM | Co-marketing, campaign support, content production, event participation and administrator-brokered introductions where both sides agree. | Signed schedule |
| Definitions | Access to corroborated, de-identified operational patterns contributed by members. | Membership + contribution |
2. What the member gives
- Accurate, evidenced information. Anything marked verified must be supportable on request, and kept current.
- Contribution. Members are expected to publish useful material and to contribute definitions. A network of readers is not a network.
- Candour. Publish what did not work alongside what did. A profile that discloses its gaps is worth more than one that does not, and the verification labels only mean something because some rows say "not disclosed".
- Client permission before naming a client, quoting them or describing their outcomes.
- Rights to everything uploaded, including images, recordings and marks.
- A named contact responsible for the profile and for responding to review notes.
3. The lines nobody crosses
No PHI. No patient identifiers, records or images, in any field, attachment or
recording — this one is absolute and a breach ends membership immediately.
No competitive coordination. No discussion, signalling or agreement on prices, rates,
fee schedules, discounts, wages, hiring restraints, market allocation, bid rigging, or
collective action toward a payer.
No payer-specific commercial terms in definitions or published content.
4. Verification, and what it does not mean
An administrator marks a claim verified when they have seen the certificate, the audit report or the reference. It is a record that evidence was shown on a date. It is not an audit, an endorsement, a certification, or a warranty by CCL AI Network Inc to any third party. A member may change what its profile says at any time; only an administrator may change what is marked verified, and a reworded claim reverts to self-declared until checked again.
5. Editorial independence
Curation, spotlight selection and feed ordering are editorial decisions of CCL AI Network Inc. They are not for sale and are not influenced by fees paid. We may decline or remove content, with a note explaining why.
6. Term, exit and what happens to your content
The agreement runs until either party ends it on thirty days' written notice. On exit the profile is unpublished and the member may request removal of their submitted content. Produced podcast and webinar edits, and material already distributed, may remain available; audit records that content existed are retained.
7. The rest
The Terms of Use and Privacy notice form part of this agreement. Liability, indemnity and governing law are as set out in the Terms of Use. Commercial terms, if any, sit in a separate signed schedule.
